Accept stablecoin payments and settle in your local currency.
Invoice global customers in USD. They pay in USDC or USDT from any wallet. Licensed partners convert and settle to USD, EUR, SGD. Kollect never takes custody of the funds in between.
What do you need to start collecting with Kollect?
A registered business that passes KYB, and a bank account or wallet to settle into. Your customers need neither: they open a payment link and pay in USDC or USDT from any wallet. There is no software for them to install and no Kollect account for them to create.
Who is Kollect for?
Businesses that invoice across borders and lose money in transit: freelancers, exporters, SaaS platforms, marketplaces and enterprises. The common thread is an invoice denominated in USD, a payer in another country, and a bank rail that arrives short and late.
How long does it take to get set up?
Onboarding is submit-once: your documents go in, Kollect drives KYB through to approval, and you nominate the account you want to settle into. You can see the entire payment flow before any of that, in the sandbox, which needs no signup until its final step.

Settle in minutes, not days
Kollect confirms payments on-chain and settles the fiat leg through licensed partners in minutes, versus the 2-5 days typical of correspondent-bank wires.
One API call to get paid
Create a payment server-to-server and get back a hosted payment link. Your customer opens it, connects a wallet, and pays. There is no manual reconciliation on your side.
Never in the custody chain
Kollect is non-custodial. Licensed partners hold funds through every fiat leg, so Kollect never takes custody of your money at any point in the flow.
Compliance handled
Submit your documents once. Kollect drives KYB through to approval and screens every transaction for AML. One onboarding, one point of accountability.
No borders, no bank chain
Accept USDC and USDT from any wallet on chain, and settle to fiat via our licensed partners in each corridor.
Built for developers
Signed requests, mandatory idempotency keys on every call, and signed webhooks, with a sandbox environment to build and test against before you take a single live payment.
What does it cost, against a bank wire, a card gateway and flat-fee platforms?
Enter one real invoice and how often you send it. The calculator works out which plan that volume falls into, then prices the same payment through every route at once: the fee, what lands in your account, and how long it takes.

Collecting $100,000.00 a month, as 4 payments of $25,000.00 from United States in USDC settling to USD, costs $550.00 with Kollect on the Small plan, against $3,140.00 through Bank wire (SWIFT). That volume is $300,000.00 a quarter, which is why the Small band applies, at 0.55% on each payment. These are transaction fees only; the monthly subscription and one-time onboarding fee are on the rate card. Kollect settles under 1 hour; 2-5 business days is typical on the alternative.
Every row prices one month of transactions: the invoice amount times the number of payments,
so changing either input moves the fee and what you receive together.
These are transaction fees only. The monthly subscription and the
one-time onboarding fee are not included here, on any route. Both are published on
the rate card. The Kollect row uses the transaction processing fee for
the plan your volume falls into, with no FX markup on the USDC to USD conversion; the plan is
worked from the amount and the number of payments a month, and 3 months of
that is the quarterly volume the bands are set on.
The minimum transaction value is $1,000 on every plan, and a payment
below that cannot be collected. Competitor rows are modelled from published fee structures and a
typical FX spread, not quoted from a named provider, and their Fee column sums the
percentage fee, any fixed charge and the FX spread. Click any row to set it as the
comparison baseline for the saving figure above.
Built for how you collect
Each segment shares the same rails, so the flow and pricing above apply whichever one describes you.
A one-time setup fee, a monthly subscription and a processing percentage on each payment, banded by what you collect over a quarter, so the percentage falls as your volume rises.
Micro
Up to $100,000 per quartervolume, rolling 3 months
The plan is set by volume collected over a rolling quarter (three months); the subscription
is billed monthly and the onboarding fee is charged once at setup. A payment below the
minimum transaction value cannot be collected, on any plan. FX conversion is handled by
licensed partners with no separate Kollect markup. The total row is worked on a single
$10,000 transaction, for comparison between plans, and
the calculator prices your own volume.

Terms like KYB, USDC and settlement rail are defined in the glossary.
01
What is Kollect?
Kollect is a non-custodial stablecoin payment platform by Kreatorverse. Businesses invoice international customers in USD, customers pay in USDC or USDT from any wallet, and licensed partners convert and settle fiat into a local bank account.
02
How does Kollect work?
You send a customer a USD-denominated payment link. They pay it in USDC or USDT from any Web3 wallet, the funds are received on-chain in under a minute, and licensed partners convert and settle fiat into your bank account.
03
Does Kollect hold my funds?
No. Kollect is non-custodial: payments are received on-chain and passed to licensed partners for conversion and payout. Kollect is not the licensed entity holding your money and never takes custody of your funds.
04
How much does Kollect cost?
Three things: a one-time onboarding and setup fee, a monthly subscription, and a transaction processing percentage on each payment that falls as quarterly volume rises. There is no per-invoice charge and no separate FX markup on the USDC to USD conversion. The plan your volume falls into, and every figure in it, is in the comparison calculator above and the pricing section below.
05
Is there a minimum payment size?
Yes. The minimum transaction value is $1,000, and it is the same on every plan. A payment below that cannot be collected. There is no maximum, and no per-invoice charge on top of the processing percentage.
06
Is there a separate FX markup?
No. Currency conversion is handled by licensed partners and Kollect does not layer a separate markup on top of it.
07
Is settlement charged separately?
No. Settlement to your local bank account is included in every tier.
08
How is Kollect different from a bank wire or SWIFT transfer?
A SWIFT wire routes through correspondent banks that each take days and a cut. Kollect transfers on-chain in under a minute, then a licensed partner converts and pays out to your bank, with no correspondent chain.
09
How does it compare with a bank wire or a card gateway?
A SWIFT wire carries a wire fee, an FX spread set by the banks and intermediary deductions in the chain. A card gateway adds cross-border and conversion charges. Kollect prices the amount collected and shows the cost before you send the link.
10
How fast does settlement complete?
On-chain receipt takes under a minute. Fiat settlement to your local bank completes within an hour in 99% of payments, against two to five business days on a SWIFT wire.
11
What currencies and stablecoins does Kollect support?
Customers pay in USDC or USDT from any wallet. Kollect settles payouts in USD, EUR, or SGD to a bank account you control.
12
Does my customer need a Kollect account?
No. They open the payment link, connect a wallet and pay. There is no signup, no onboarding and no software for them to install.
13
Can I use Kollect through my own product?
Yes. There is a server-to-server API for creating invoices and receiving settlement webhooks, and a white-label option for partners who want Kollect under their own brand.
14
Do I have to handle compliance myself?
No. Kollect runs it for you. Submit your documents once and Kollect drives KYB verification through to approval, then screens and monitors every transaction for AML on an ongoing basis. You get one onboarding and one point of accountability instead of a compliance function to staff.
15
Who is the licensed entity?
Payments are processed in partnership with Mesta Payments LLC, a FinCEN-registered money services business.
16
What checks apply at onboarding?
KYB for the business and KYC for its representatives, with AML screening on payments. Built for enterprise review.
17
Which partners are in the flow?
Request Network for the invoice rail and Transak as on/off-ramp partner, alongside Mesta Payments for settlement.
18
What happens to your data?
Onboarding documents are handled for compliance purposes only. The full data-protection statement is published with the security page.
19
What does Kollect give developers to build against?
Signed requests, mandatory idempotency keys on every call, and signed webhooks, with a sandbox environment to build and test against before you take a single live payment.
