Contact the Kollect team

Six routes, one per reason people get in touch: pricing and quotes, API integration, KYB onboarding, an existing account, partnerships, and security reports. Pick the one that matches your question and it reaches the people who can answer it without being forwarded twice.

Who answers a message sent to Kollect?

The team that owns the question. The six routes on this page exist so a pricing enquiry does not land with support, and a payment that has not arrived does not sit in a sales queue waiting to be forwarded.

Do I need an account to get in touch?

No. Nothing on this page needs a Kollect account, and neither does the sandbox or the calculator. An account only becomes relevant once you decide to start collecting.

What will Kollect never ask me for?

A private key, a seed phrase, or a wallet signature. Not to discuss pricing, not during onboarding, and not on any channel on this page. Any message asking for one is not from Kollect and should be reported through the security route.

Who to contact about what

Individual inboxes are not published here yet, so every route below books a call instead. Naming which of the six you are calling about is what gets you to the right person on the first conversation.

Sales and pricing

Which plan your volume falls into, quotes below or above the published 0.45-0.75% processing range, and settlement terms.

IncludeRoughly what you collect over a quarter. That is what sets the plan band.

Book a call

Technical and API

Server-to-server integration, signed webhooks, idempotency keys, and sandbox credentials before you take a live payment.

IncludeWhether you will use payment links, the API, or both.

Book a call

Onboarding and compliance

KYB for your entity, KYC for its representatives, and which documents to have ready before you start.

IncludeThe country your entity is registered in. It decides which checks apply.

Book a call

An existing account

A payment that has not arrived, a settlement you cannot reconcile, or a change to the bank account you settle into.

IncludeThe payment reference and the date it was created.

Book a call

Partnerships and white-label

Running Kollect under your own brand, reselling to your customers, or integrating it into an existing platform.

IncludeThe rough size and shape of the customer base you would bring.

Book a call

Security and fraud

Report a vulnerability, or a message, invoice or payment link that claims to be from Kollect and is not.

IncludeAnything that identifies it: the sending address, the link, a screenshot.

Before you get in touch

These six come up on most first messages, and several you can settle without waiting for a reply.

Kollect will never ask for a private key, a seed phrase or a wallet signature. Nobody from the team will request one on any channel on this page.

01

How do I get a price for my volume?

The comparison calculator prices it without contacting anyone: enter one real invoice and how often you send it, and it works out which plan that volume falls into and what the same payment costs through a bank wire, a card gateway and a flat-fee platform. Published processing sits in the 0.45-0.75% range and falls as quarterly volume rises. Get in touch when you want that confirmed against your own numbers, or for a quote outside the published bands.

02

Can I try Kollect before talking to anyone?

Yes. The guided sandbox issues a real invoice on a test network and gives you a working payment link, using test tokens only. Nothing of value moves and there is no signup until the final step, so you can see the whole flow before you send a single message.

03

Which inbox should I use if a payment has not arrived?

The existing-account route above, which reaches support. Quote the payment reference and the date it was created. Those two things let the payment be traced on the first reply rather than the third.

04

What should I have ready before an onboarding conversation?

The country your entity is registered in, its registration documents, and the identities of its directors or beneficial owners. Onboarding runs KYB on the business and KYC on its representatives, so those are the documents the checks are performed against.

05

Can I get a quote outside the published plans?

Yes, and the top band works that way by default: Enterprise publishes no rate because it is quoted per account, alongside negotiated settlement terms. The calculator prices an Enterprise volume indicatively at the best published rate so you can still see a figure, but the real one comes from a conversation. Note the minimum transaction value of $1,000 applies on every plan, quoted or published.

06

How do I report a message pretending to be from Kollect?

Use the security and fraud route above and include whatever identifies it: the sending address, the link, or a screenshot. Kollect will never ask for a private key, a seed phrase or a wallet signature, so any message that does is not from the team.
