Pay for anything on property — in seconds
How a five-star guest experiences Kollect inside the hospitality guest-service app.

One app for the whole stay
Inside the hospitality guest app, every service on the property — spa, dining, room service, experiences — is one tap away.
How a guest pays on property, step by step
A guest books a treatment, adds dinner and settles the whole bill from their own wallet. The property receives dollar-backed USDC directly, with no card network, no cross-border fee and no chargeback window behind it. The same flow works for a single spa booking or a full stay folio.
- One app for the whole stay Inside the hospitality guest app, every service on the property — spa, dining, room service, experiences — is one tap away.
- Book a spa treatment The guest adds a 90-minute signature massage. No front-desk call, no waiting.
- Add dinner, drinks, anything Then a chef's tasting dinner. The bill builds itself across every outlet on property.
- Pay with Kollect At checkout, one option settles it all — pay with Kollect from the guest's own wallet.
- Scan the Kollect QR The guest scans the hotel's Kollect code. Amount, room and destination are pre-filled — nothing to type.
- Stablecoins move, wallet to wallet Confirm, and dollar-backed USDC moves straight from the guest's wallet to the hotel's. No cards, no FX, no processor in the middle.
- Settled in seconds Funds land in the hotel wallet in ~3 seconds at a fraction of card fees — every transaction transparent and verifiable on-chain.
The same rails behind this flow are set out for operators on travel and hospitality payments, step by step on how it works, and priced on the pricing page. The stablecoin the guest pays in is covered on accepting USDC.
How does a hotel guest pay with stablecoins?
They scan the property's Kollect code from the guest app at checkout. Amount, room and destination wallet are pre-filled, so there is nothing to type. On confirming, dollar-backed USDC moves from the guest's wallet straight to the property's. No card network sits between them.
Does the guest need a crypto wallet to pay on property?
For this flow, yes: the guest pays from a wallet they already control. A guest holding no stablecoin can still pay an invoice from their bank account on the fiat-to-stablecoin rail instead, where a regulated on-ramp partner handles the conversion.
Can a guest charge back a stay paid this way?
No. A settled on-chain payment is final, with no card-network dispute process behind it. A refund becomes something the property decides and sends, rather than something an issuer can impose months after the guest has checked out.
Does this work for a whole folio or only single bookings?
Both. The bill builds across every outlet on property, so spa, dining and room service settle as one payment at checkout. Each charge can equally be collected on its own link if the property prefers to settle them separately.
